Job summary

NFP, part of the Aon group, is hiring a Payroll Advisor on an 18-month FTC to support the UK payrolls. You will work with the Payroll Manager and HR team to ensure accurate, timely processing, data maintenance, and payroll reporting while upholding confidentiality and compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years’ payroll experience, knowledge of pension schemes and RTI, and proficiency with payroll systems and Excel, including potential AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK payroll processing and legislation.
• Knowledge of pension schemes and auto-enrolment regulations.
• Experience of RTI processes and HMRC rules.
• Ability to analyse payroll data and maintain accuracy.
• 2–3 years’ payroll experience and familiarity with payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process UK monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll data for new starters, leavers, changes, and statutory absence.
• Handle payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconcile payroll data.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR for payroll-related information.
