Role significance:

This role supports our Finance Operations Team in managing end-to-end UK Payroll and international payroll operations, ensuring high-quality support and compliance across departments. The role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and manage payroll operations, focusing on UK payroll, international payments, expenses, and invoicing.
  2. Support and enhance our UK payroll services.
  3. Manage international payroll for clients' employees.
  4. Assist in preparing payroll reports with the Finance team.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulations by collaborating with legal teams.
  6. Provide administrative support across departments.
  7. Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Document and update existing processes.
  9. Conduct research and data analysis for decision-making.
  10. Respond to inquiries related to HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Minimum requirements:
  • Proven UK payroll operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll, taxation, and financial principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and accounting software (desirable).
  • Experience with global payrolls (desirable).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
