Role Pitch Our fast-growing team is looking for a UK Payroll Specialist who can bring their own unique energy and enthusiasm to work with multi-national companies in the UK region in order to promote a culture of continuous improvement. The UK Payroll Specialist will be responsible for supporting associate members of the payroll team alongside processing payrolls.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

• Provide support and expertise to Payroll Associates
• Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and efficiently
• Ensure all data required is processed and accurate in line with tight deadlines
• Checking payroll input and output to ensure 100% accuracy
• Reviewing existing payroll processes to seek out improvements
• Resolving ticket and email queries promptly and effectively from both internal and external customers
• Act as a backup to the senior during the absence on payroll processing issues
  
  

Description Attributes and Experience Required:

• Good knowledge and experience in UK end-to-end payroll processing
• Business software experience required: MS Excel, MS Word, Email Apps
• Good knowledge of UK payroll legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting
• Excellent time management, administration, and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
• Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
• Responsible for prioritizing client’s payroll and delivering payroll as required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bureau experience is preferable, but not essential
