Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Paid Social Lead to own and scale paid acquisition in the UK, with a primary focus on Meta and expanding to wider social channels. This high-impact, hands-on growth role will lead strategy, creative testing, optimisation and performance analysis to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience scaling large paid social budgets.
• Strong understanding of creative-led performance marketing and full-funnel optimization.
• Experience in D2C, subscription, or digital health businesses is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid social strategy for the UK market with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Manage and optimise seven-figure monthly media budgets.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop, test, and scale high-performing Meta ad creatives for UK audiences.
• Lead ongoing experimentation across creative, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages.
• Drive a creative-first testing culture using performance insights to rapidly iterate and improve results.
• Stay ahead of Meta platform developments, including policy changes and new ad formats.
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance using attribution, analytics, and BI tools; translate data into growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with product, CRO, engineering, brand, and lifecycle marketing to improve acquisition efficiency and customer value.
• Monitor competitor activity and trends in UK digital health and consumer subscription space.
