Zealot is expanding its UK presence and seeks an Operations lead to own execution across offices, vendors, recruiting, travel and customer logistics. You will drive priority projects end-to-end with clear ownership and timelines.

Based in the United Kingdom, this hybrid/on-site role requires regular in-person work and travel, coordinating closely with the US team to be the dependable local point of contact for UK activity and to establish lightweight, scalable processes to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Several years of high-ownership operations experience in a startup, technical company, or similarly demanding environment.
• Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and written communication.
• Based in the United Kingdom with flexibility for regular in-person work and travel.

Responsibilities

• Build the operating foundation for Zealot's UK presence across offices, vendors, recruiting, travel, and customer logistics.
• Run high-priority projects end-to-end with clear owners, deadlines, and follow-through
• Coordinate closely with the US team while becoming the dependable local point of contact for UK activity.
• Create lightweight systems that preserve speed as the team and customer base grow.
• Experience handling startup-level operations with high ownership.
