Job summary

Zealot is building a durable operating presence in the United Kingdom. You will own the practical work that enables a small technical team to move quickly and serve customers well. The role is part of a small, high-ownership startup and offers competitive base compensation plus skin-in-the-game equity.

Based in the United Kingdom with hybrid or on-site work, you will coordinate with the US team, set up lightweight systems, and drive priority initiatives from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Several years of high-ownership operations experience in a startup, technical company, or similarly demanding environment.
• Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and written communication.
• Ability to manage sensitive work discreetly and reliably.
• Based in the United Kingdom with flexibility for regular in-person work and travel.

• Build the operating foundation for Zealot's UK presence across offices, vendors, recruiting, travel, and customer logistics.
• Run high-priority projects end-to-end with clear owners, deadlines, and follow-through.
• Coordinate closely with the US team while becoming the dependable local point of contact for UK activity.
• Create lightweight systems that preserve speed as the team and customer base grow.
