Qualifications

• Generalist with ops, training, logistics experience in offshore environments.
• Experience leading field crews or technicians in maritime settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and relocate to the UK if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active survey jobs carried out by Bedrock-trained crews across the UK, ensuring safety, data quality, and standards.
• Serve as escalation point for crews during live operations and troubleshoot equipment or mission issues.
• Step in to perform survey operations when extra hands are needed or complex scenarios arise.
• Assist with contractor training and certification delivery, including practical modules.
• Support onboarding of new crews after training and verify field readiness before release.
• Coordinate mobilization and logistics for UK/Europe jobs, including customs and vessel arrangements.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor fabrications on survey equipment to keep gear field-ready.
• Provide regular status updates to Ops team and clients and feed back field issues for process improvement.
• Travel domestically and to Europe as needed to support operations.
