Job summary

Celltrion Group in the UK seeks a senior strategic leader to head Market Access & Business Intelligence. You will own UK access strategy, engage NHS England, ICBs and procurement hubs, and lead pricing governance, tendering and policy alignment across biosimilars.

The role requires deep UK market access expertise, strong BI capabilities, and a proven ability to influence policy and drive cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Marketing and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in UK pharmaceuticals/biologics with market access responsibility.
• Proven ability to engage senior NHS stakeholders and procurement bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK market access strategy and operating plan for biosimilars.
• Drive NICE horizon scanning and submissions planning.
• Oversee tendering, contracting and pricing governance across NHS and private markets.
• Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, Marketing and Finance to align access initiatives.
