Job summary

Celltrion in the United Kingdom seeks a strategic leader to head Market Access & Business Intelligence for its biosimilars portfolio. You will shape the UK access strategy, engage NHS England, ICBs, and procurement hubs, and steer policy influence, pricing governance and access initiatives from a cross-functional hub.

The role requires deep UK pharma experience, strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams, and a track record in tendering, negotiations and NICE interactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, health economics, business or related field.
• Significant UK pharma/biologics market access experience.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior NHS stakeholders across NHS England, ICBs, trusts and procurement bodies.
• Experience with industry bodies (BBA, ABPI) and MHRA collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• ABPI qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong analytical, BI, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK Market Access for the biosimilars portfolio and align plans with NHS priorities.
• Drive commissioning and payer engagement with NHS England, ICBs, and provider trusts.
• Lead NICE horizon scanning, evidence strategies and implementation planning.
• Oversee tendering, contracting and pricing governance across NHS and private channels.
• Provide cross-functional market access governance with Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, and Finance.
• Direct BI capability with dashboards and reports to inform decisions.
