Job summary

Banyan Software, via WIZE, is looking for a Managing Director, United Kingdom, to establish and grow the UK business in the wealth management software space. You will own UK client and partner relationships and shape the commercial motion from scratch, collaborating with the CEO and product leader to ensure the platform meets UK market needs.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with 7–10+ years in software/FinTech.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, retention, and margin expansion.
• Deep knowledge of the UK wealth management ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own UK revenue and ARR growth with new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Define UK market strategy, pricing, partnerships and go‑to‑market motions.
• Lead UK sales team and manage commercial performance including retention and renewals.
