Job summary

TEKEVER UK is seeking a Country Head of Logistics to lead the design, performance and growth of the UK logistics network. You will define strategy, build the organisation, and drive governance across transport, warehousing, inventory and regulatory compliance.

As a member of the UK operations leadership team, you will shape the logistics multi-site network, participate in S&OP and investment decisions, and position logistics as a source of competitive advantage in cost, speed and resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior logistics or supply chain leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience defining logistics strategy and operating models.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and developing leadership talent.
• Knowledge of UK customs and international trade including export controls and dangerous goods.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO 9001 environments.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership.
• Experience shaping ERP/WMS/TMS systems and data-driven decisions.
• Eligible to work in the UK and obtain UK security clearance (SC).
