Job summary

TEKEVER UK is seeking a Country Head of Logistics to lead the design, performance and growth of the UK logistics network, across transport, customs and inventory. You will define the strategy, build the organisation, governance and systems, and lead managers to deliver operational excellence.

As a member of the UK operations leadership team, you will shape a multi-site network that aligns with production ramp-up, represent logistics in S&OP and investment decisions, and establish the function as

Qualifications

• Senior logistics leadership with 10+ years in manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to define logistics strategy and operating models.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and developing leadership talent.
• Strong knowledge of UK customs, export controls and dangerous goods.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the UK logistics strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Design the target operating model across sites including warehousing and transport.
• Build and lead the logistics leadership team and establish structure and succession.
• Ensure compliance with UK customs, export controls and dangerous goods rules.
• Own end-to-end material flow, including inventory, shipping and receiving.
• Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Programmes and Finance.
• Drive the digital roadmap for ERP/WMS/TMS and analytics.
• Lead negotiations with carriers and 3PLs; manage long-term partnerships.
• Mitigate supply chain risks and build resilience in the network.
• Champion transformation, Lean practices and performance management.
