Danaher UK seeks an experienced Labor and Employee Relations Manager to guide associates, leaders and HR partners on ER matters, ensuring policies and laws are applied consistently and compliantly.

You will manage diverse ER caseloads, partner with LER COE, Compliance, and L&E Legal, lead investigations, performance improvements, discipline, and grievance processes across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Juris Doctor (J.D.), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Labor and Employee Relations, HRBP, Employment Law, or related HR discipline.
• Experience managing employee relations cases, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workforce reduction activities.
• Experience working in a unionized environment and/or with works councils and other employee representative bodies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HR and business leaders to provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Manage employee relations cases, including individual or collective workforce reduction activities and changes requiring information and consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies.
• Own, conduct and support performance improvement processes, disciplinary actions, grievance hearings, and other associate-related matters, partnering with the Danaher LER COE.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of employee relations policies, procedures, toolkits, and standard work.
• Act as the liaison with Danaher LER COE for the assigned Operating Company in the relevant jurisdiction(s) on LER matters and maintain case data/reporting.
