London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a senior Employee Relations leader to shape and oversee enterprise‑level ER across the group. Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, UK & Ireland, the role sits in the Global ER Centre of Excellence and will guide policies, frameworks and complex casework.

You will work with People Leaders, Legal and the business to embed inclusive ER practices, balancing legal, regulatory and cultural risk while supporting organisational effectiveness and

Competenze

• Experience operating at a senior level within Employee Relations and UK employment law.
• Experience managing complex or high‑risk ER matters end‑to‑end, including senior‑level or organisation‑wide cases.
• Confidence using data, analytics and digital tools (including AI) to inform decision making.

Mansioni

• Provide trusted ER guidance to senior stakeholders on complex matters.
• Lead high‑impact ER cases and investigations, including senior‑level grievances and whistleblowing.
• Act as a senior escalation point within the ER CoE, ensuring governance and quality.
• Contribute to organisation‑wide ER programmes, including change, redundancy and transformation.
• Design, review and embed ER frameworks, policies and processes.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in ER activity.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and challenge approaches when needed.
• Produce clear written outputs and risk assessments for complex matters.
