Job summary

Ferrero UK&I is seeking a Security Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our security strategy across the UK and Ireland. You will work with Group Security and senior stakeholders to protect people, assets and information, while balancing risk mitigation with commercial pragmatism.

You will oversee security management systems, emergency response and crisis management, travel security, investigations and due diligence, ensuring alignment with Group

Qualifications

• Established security professional with multi-site experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and physical security.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and improvement of Ferrero's Security Management System UK&I.
• Monitor external threat landscape and translate intelligence into action.
• Oversee physical security projects from risk assessment to delivery.
• Manage UK&I security CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
