Job summary

Ferrero UK&I is seeking a Security Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive security strategy across the UK&I footprint, including manufacturing sites, offices, warehouses and the head office. • Established security professional with experience across complex corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of Ferrero's Security Management System UK&I.
• Develop security, emergency response and crisis management plans.
• Monitor external threats and translate intelligence into action.
• Oversee internal investigations into theft, fraud and data breaches.
• Manage security CAPEX and OPEX budgets and supplier contracts.
• Drive security awareness and training across the organisation.
