Intrum in the UK seeks an experienced Investment & Analytics Director to lead the UK function, shaping acquisition strategy, valuation, analytics, underwriting and governance. You will work with the Executive Team to maximise portfolio returns and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in investment, credit management or financial services.
Proven ability to model portfolio valuation, pricing, due diligence and decisions.
Expertise in analytics, forecasting, data science and performance insights.
Ability to influence executives, committees, and boards on investment opportunities.
Experience in regulated environments with governance and FCA requirements.
History of analytical transformation, process optimisation and team development.

Responsibilities

Lead UK Investment & Analytics, overseeing valuation, pricing, acquisition strategy and performance.
Drive data-led decisions, predictive analytics and commercial insight for profitability.
Identify and evaluate portfolio opportunities; lead due diligence and negotiation support.
Provide strategic input to Executives and Investment Committees on portfolio risks and trends.
Lead analytics, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting for decisions.
Ensure governance, risk management, regulatory compliance and capital deployment.
Develop and inspire high-performing analytics and investment teams.
