Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting a Regional Technical Services Director UK&I to lead the development and delivery of Technical Services across the UK & Ireland. This is a senior leadership role spanning Hard FM, Projects and Energy Services, driving technical excellence, compliance and business growth.

You will provide strategy, governance and technical oversight for major mobilisations, transitions and Authorising Engineer capabilities while collaborating with operational and commercial teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior Technical Services or Facilities Management leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Hard FM, engineering maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Experience developing technical strategies and service delivery models.
• Proven track record supporting bids, tenders and technical solution development.
• Experience leading mobilisation and transition programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the UK&I Technical Services strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Provide leadership across Hard FM, Projects, Energy Services and Engineering Compliance.
• Maintain engineering standards, governance frameworks and technical best practices.
• Support strategic bids, tenders and business development opportunities.
• Develop innovative and commercially viable technical service solutions.
• Lead and support mobilisation and transition activities across the region.
• Drive growth of Energy Services and Decarbonisation opportunities.
• Develop and expand the Mobile Engineering service model.
• Provide technical assurance and governance for engineering solutions and delivery.
• Support the development and growth of Authorising Engineer services.
• Lead technical audits, compliance reviews and engineering assurance activities.
• Build relationships with customers, teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Develop technical capability and succession plans.
