The role centers on identifying market opportunities, evaluating viability, negotiating complex deals, and building long‑term relationships with owners, developers, and brand partners to drive sustainable growth in the UK hospitality sector.

Formación

• Accomplished hospitality development professional with a proven track record of delivering growth through strategic partnerships and successful deal execution.
• Extensive experience in hotel development, real estate, investment, hospitality operations, or related commercial disciplines.
• Strong understanding of management agreements, franchise structures, acquisitions, and hotel transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate market opportunities and analyse commercial viability to build a strong UK development pipeline.
• Negotiate complex development and agreements with owners, developers, investors, lenders, and brand partners.
• Represent Aimbridge at industry events and maintain relationships that generate future growth and opportunities.
