Techrete UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of Projects UK to lead delivery of high-quality architectural precast projects from our Waterloo base. You will oversee a team of project managers, collaborate with construction managers, and ensure projects run safely, on time and on budget.

In this role you will connect design, production, and site installation, mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and maintain excellent client relationships with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in construction, structural engineering, or facade sectors.
• Solid understanding of precast concrete industry and project delivery.
• Proven track record of leading project and site management teams.
