Techrete UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of Projects UK to lead the delivery of high‑quality architectural precast concrete projects across the region. You will report to the Operations & Projects Director and mentor a team of project managers while collaborating with construction managers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–10 years' experience in construction, structural engineering, or facade contracting.
• Proven people leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and variations.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Safety-focused mindset with knowledge of industry safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of UK precast projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Oversee programme delivery and milestone management across projects.
• Support financial performance by managing budgets and variations.
• Develop and mentor project managers and site teams.
• Foster collaboration between design, production, and site installation.
• Maintain high safety standards and a proactive safety culture.
• Build trusted relationships with main contractors, architects, and developers.
