Techrete UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of Projects to lead and deliver high-quality architectural precast concrete projects across the UK. You will oversee a talented team, mentor project managers, and collaborate with construction managers to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

The role reports to the Operations & Projects Director and requires a strong, process-driven leader with deep precast knowledge and a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in construction, façades, or specialist contracting.
• Deep knowledge of the precast concrete industry.
• Proven leadership of project and site teams.
• Experience managing diverse project portfolios from planning to handover.
• Structured, process-driven with strong scheduling and logistics.
• Commercial awareness to manage variations and protect project health.
• Strong client care and collaboration with contractors and architects.
• Safety-minded with proactive culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programmes on time and hit milestone dates.
• Oversee budgets and variations for project financial health.
• Mentor and align team goals; track progress.
• Foster talent development and coaching.
• Maintain strong client relationships and feedback.
• Uphold safety culture across sites.
• Align design, production, and site installation for smooth workflow.
