Job summary

Databricks is seeking a world-class leader to grow the UK AI FDE team. You will recruit, mentor and scale a team of data scientists and ML engineers, lead AI engagements with enterprise customers, and align with Field Engineering, Sales and Product to drive strategic AI transformations.

Based in London with UK-wide remote eligibility, you will own OKRs for AI-services accounts, develop scalable delivery models, and represent the company to executive stakeholders across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data scientists/ML engineers and leaders
• Ability to scope, guide, and sell technical engagements in enterprise environments
• Deep technical expertise in ML/GenAI and data science, with ongoing curiosity to learn

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the UK AI FDE professional services team
• Develop executive relationships with EMEA customers and partners
• Align with Field Engineering and Sales to define joint strategies for strategic accounts
• Shape delivery processes and reusable solutions for repeatability across the global team
• Influence product roadmap and GTM strategy with voice-of-customer insights
• Own OKRs for AI-services led accounts and revenue growth
