Job summary

Investigo is seeking a hands-on Group Finance Manager for a PE-backed technology group, based in London/Surrey with hybrid working. You will own the finance function for one operating business, with potential to broaden across a portfolio of UK entities over time.

In this high-visibility role you’ll lead month-end close, management reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and business partnering, while strengthening controls and driving process improvements across finance.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience in a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Finance role.
• Strong management accounting, month-end close and financial reporting experience.
• Exposure to audit, statutory reporting and tax compliance activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• SME/multi-entity/group environment experience advantageous.
• Hands-on role with broad responsibility and high ownership.
• Strong systems and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process with accurate management reporting.
• Produce high-quality management accounts and insightful commentary.
• Strengthen controls, improve accounting processes and reporting consistency.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight.
• Manage relationships with auditors and support statutory reporting.
• Drive efficiencies and standardisation across finance processes.
• Support and develop local finance resources for scalable growth.
