Finance Manager | PE-Backed Tech | £60,000–£70,000 (+ bonus) | London (Hybrid)

I’m currently working with a high-growth, private equity-backed technology services business that is looking to hire a Finance Manager into their London-based finance team.

This is a great opportunity for a technically strong and hands‑on finance professional to take ownership of core finance operations in a fast‑paced, scaling, multi‑entity environment, with strong exposure to senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.

The Role

This role sits at the heart of the finance function and plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely and controlled financial reporting across the group. You will work closely with the Finance Director to strengthen reporting processes, improve controls and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end close process, ensuring accurate and timely management and statutory reporting
• Review management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary on key performance drivers
• Maintain strong financial controls across balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany and fixed assets
• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and support a smooth audit process
• Partner with operations and sales teams to provide financial insight and support decision‑making
• Support budgeting, forecasting and ad‑hoc financial analysis across the business
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and automation
• Manage and develop a small team of Management Accountants
