Qualifikationen

• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Strong IT skills focused on office software
• 2+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Experience delivering civil engineering contracts
• Ability to manage multiple teams efficiently
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred
• CSCS card held

Aufgaben

• Oversee and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to ensure effective resource management
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual obligations, design specs, drawings and PMP
• Develop and review construction method statements for safe, efficient execution
• Prepare and manage site documentation including PMP, RAMS, ITPs
• Contribute to project planning and scheduling to optimize delivery timelines
• Monitor productivity, delays and trends; recommend corrective actions
• Uphold HS&E procedures and promote a culture of safety on site
• Lead risk assessments and ensure compliance with site plans and legislation
• Support behavioural safety initiatives across the site
• Monitor progress and report performance against milestones
• Identify and resolve engineering/construction issues
• Manage construction records including O&M manuals and as-built drawings
