Alvarium Talent is seeking a Country Head UK to establish and grow our UK presence in London, leading the market entry with responsibility for client relationships, go-to-market strategy and team development.

You will work closely with founders and senior leadership to shape the UK proposition, culture and growth, while engaging senior clients across private equity, scale-ups and enterprise from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a top-tier consulting environment such as MBB, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy& or similar.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and how it creates business value.
• Proven ability to translate technology into commercial outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of establishing and growing the UK presence for the firm.
• Build senior relationships across private equity, scale-ups and enterprise.
• Lead client engagements across AI strategy, transformation and implementation.
• Identify opportunities where Generative AI delivers commercial value.
• Develop and shape the UK go-to-market strategy and proposition.
• Drive business development, pipeline generation and opportunities conversion.
• Build the UK team over time and define hiring strategy and culture.
• Collaborate with founders on the wider international growth plan.
• Remain hands-on with clients while scaling the UK P&L.
