DatologyAI is hiring its first UK operations lead to build and run the London presence from the ground up, including office setup, payroll, and compliance. You will collaborate with the US HQ teams and ensure the UK operates as a compliant, welcoming workplace.

You will manage contracts, onboarding, and benefits while partnering with recruiting and finance teams across time zones. This is a founding role with equity potential and a focus on getting the UK operation running smoothly.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of relevant experience in operations, People operations, or office management.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up the London office end to end: space, lease negotiation, vendors, equipment, insurance, health and safety, and security.
• Partner with UK hiring, owning contracts, background checks, and onboarding.
• Run UK payroll with US Finance: HMRC filings, EMI options, pension auto-enrollment, statutory leave.
• Select and manage UK benefits, ensure translation with US package for market.
• Run UK events presence: team events, offsites, conference logistics, recruiting events.
• Maintain Sponsor License with immigration counsel and US People team.
