Job summary

n8 Talent is recruiting a Customer Success Manager to lead the UK portfolio for a fast-scaling ConTech SaaS startup. This founding-style role is the first dedicated UK hire, owning onboarding through renewal and expansion for UK customers.

You’ll build executive relationships, collaborate with the US-based Product and Sales teams, and drive revenue growth while supporting day-to-day platform usage across contractors and engineers. Fully remote within the UK with Midlands-based preference.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience owning enterprise or mid-market accounts
• Renewals and expansions with revenue impact
• Strong multi-stakeholder relationship skills
• Full UK driving licence for site visits

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of UK accounts end to end from onboarding to renewal and expansion
• Act as the primary contact for UK clients and manage complex multi-stakeholder implementations
• Build executive‑level relationships and position as a trusted strategic advisor
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive measurable revenue growth
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to feed UK market insights into roadmap and GTM strategy
• Support day‑to‑day platform use for multiple user types and flag issues
