Job summary

SumUp seeks an Office-based Sales Training Specialist in London to onboard up to 60 new field sales reps each month through a mix of live workshops and self-directed content. You’ll assess readiness via role-plays and accreditations, tracking activation and performance data to guide improvements.

• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills for diverse experience levels.
• Proven experience delivering live and virtual sales training with role-play facilitation.
• Ability to tie training initiatives to commercial outcomes such as activation and performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding for up to 60 new field sales reps per month using live workshops and self-directed content.
• Lead role-play assessments and accreditations to ensure readiness for first sale.
• Track activation rates and performance data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with UK Field Sales Trainer and Training Team Lead to design and improve programmes.
• Work with Territory Managers, recruiters, and Sales Enablement to share insights on candidate readiness and onboarding.
