Circus is launching in the UK with key clients in London. You will be the technical anchor on the ground, owning deployments, maintenance and spare-part management for robotic kitchen systems while coordinating with our Germany-based product and engineering teams.

As the UK market grows, you will document field work, stay connected with HQ, and ensure high uptime across installations. This role offers hands-on growth with a disruptive robotics platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service, technical support, or equipment installation.
• Background in mechatronics, robotics, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with spare-part or field inventory management.
• Self-reliant in a regional role with strong stakeholder management.
• Fluent English and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding, installation, testing, and maintenance of robotic kitchen systems at UK sites.
• Run scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and extend equipment lifecycle.
• Manage spare parts: forecast, track stock, coordinate replenishment with HQ.
• Troubleshoot software, electrical, and mechanical issues on-site; escalate when needed.
• Be primary technical contact for UK deployments and field escalations.
• Perform machine updates and retrofit installations across the region.
• Provide hands-on customer support during and after go-live.
• Document field work and build maintenance processes for the UK fleet.
• Spot recurring service needs and propose fixes to reduce downtime.
