Job summary

Circus is bringing its autonomous CA-1 kitchen to London and seeks a hands-on Robotics Kitchen Associate to run it. You’ll be the on-site point of contact, ensuring smooth operation, restocking, and issue reporting while collaborating with our Germany-based Operations team.

You will work closely with technology that is new to hospitality, with room to influence how this role evolves and supports the UK launch from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Strong client-facing communication; you keep people informed and the operation running smoothly.
• Comfortable getting hands-on in a fast-paced environment with a knack for technology and processes.
• Right to work in the UK and ability to work on-site.
• Fluent English and reliable ownership for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor the CA‑1 autonomous kitchen to keep it performing optimally.
• Prepare, restock, and manage ingredients and consumables to avoid production pauses.
• Own opening, closing, and cleaning routines to high hygiene standards.
• Perform standard quality checks and report faults or deviations to the right team.
• Be the face of Circus for guests and clients, addressing questions on the spot.
• Serve as the client’s day-to-day on-site contact, coordinating operations.
• Train and onboard client staff to support the kitchen on site.
• Identify patterns and share insights to stabilise and improve operations.
