Job summary

Safehinge Primera is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to deliver field and remote technical support across the global portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role balances on-site customer work, technical issue resolution, and internal improvements within the Customer Success/Operations team.

You will travel regularly across the UK to support customers and partners, provide training, create technical documentation, and help deliver service orders while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of doorsets, ironmongery and MH sector components
• Strong root cause analysis and technical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UK

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site servicing and onboarding
• Training staff for install and servicing teams
• Setting up customers and partners for success
• Support existing customers via Support ticket stream
• Produce technical documentation
• Coordinate with stakeholders for on-site training and rectification works
