Job summary

This role demands a multi-skilled engineer who can mentor a diverse team, manage budgets, and act as SME for mechanical, electrical, and building systems across the UK.

Qualifications

• Multiskilled engineer with electrical/mechanical bias and relevant qualifications.
• NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites.
• Experience leading facilities teams and managing contractors.
• Ability to balance quick fixes with long-term asset management ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and facilities teams to complete PPM across the UK estate.
• Act as internal technical authority for complex mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
• Manage support services including cleaning, waste, security, and reception.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control for facilities and service contracts.
