The project:

We have recently started a strategic partnership with a leading global financial services organization within the Independent PMO function across Corporate Services. We are seeking an inspirational team leader to guide our Regional IPMO team across the UK and Europe.

In the upcoming year, we plan to support our client in delivering approximately $1BN of capital expenditure across five global regions and the UK/Europe. The Regional IPMO Lead will be crucial to this success.

  • You will ensure all activities comply with company standards, client requirements, and legislation.
  • You will provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
  • You will innovate and align with industry best practices to maintain service excellence.
  • You will support resourcing and recruitment efforts within your team.
  • You will work collaboratively towards the goal of net zero carbon, managing associated emissions and reductions during project delivery.

  • Deep expertise in property or infrastructure PMO.
  • Strong commercial and financial skills.
  • Leadership experience managing large, diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how sustainability and carbon considerations influence projects.
