Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks a Head of Equipment Installation UK to lead our installation operations function across the UK, reporting to the Regional Director. You will coordinate with sales, commercial, and project delivery colleagues to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project execution while upholding the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Qualifications

Experience leading installation or delivery teams in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related environments.
Strong understanding of installation processes, design coordination, and project planning.
Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead installation operations across the UK and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and manage a team of Project Coordinators, Installation PMs, and Drawing Office staff.
Oversee subcontract installation partners and maintain service and quality standards.
Drive forecasting, revenue delivery, and margin performance.
Establish relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor variations, costs, logistics, and external stock; report KPIs.
Ensure governance, compliance, and accurate operational reporting.
Contribute as a senior leader to business objectives and strategy.
