Are you an expert in climate and sustainability, with a passion for driving meaningful change through influencing decision-making at senior levels? AXA UK is seeking an Environment and Sustainability Manager to deliver our Climate & ESG strategy across the UK Property, Procurement and Operations (PP&O) function. You’ll lead the implementation and management of initiatives which aim to improve the environmental performance of the UK Property estate, General Expenses (GenEx) and IT Expenses supply chain and wider operational activities. You’ll also collaborate effectively with Group and other AXA entities to roll-out ‘best practice’ methodology, as part of our commitment to meet AXA’s ambitious climate targets.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Bristol, Bolton, Ipswich or Manchester office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
