AXA UK is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Manager to implement its Climate & ESG strategy across the UK. This role involves managing climate initiatives, liaising with stakeholders, and leading a team to enhance environmental performance. The position offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary package.
Are you an expert in Climate and Sustainability, with a passion for driving meaningful change through influencing decision-making at senior levels? AXA UK is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Manager to deliver our Climate & ESG strategy across the UK Property, Procurement & Operations (PP&O) function. You’ll lead the implementation and management of initiatives aimed at improving the environmental performance of the UK Property estate, General Expenses (GenEx), IT Expenses supply chain, and wider operational activities. You’ll collaborate effectively with Group and other AXA entities to roll out ‘best practice’ methodology, supporting AXA’s ambitious Climate targets.
At AXA, we promote flexible working, allowing our staff to balance home and office work. You will work at least 40% of your week away from home, primarily from September 2025, in offices located in Bristol, Bolton, Ipswich, or Manchester, or through client visits and industry events. Flexible arrangements can be discussed with Talent Acquisition.
