Zusammenfassung

Danish Crown UK is seeking a Senior Manager EHS to provide strategic direction and operational leadership across our UK manufacturing network, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture. You will report to the Group Senior Manager EHS and contribute to group-wide strategies while aligning local needs with broader objectives.

You will lead site EHS teams, drive improvement initiatives, and collaborate with regional leaders to standardise practices, audit programmes and safety

Qualifikationen

Substantial EHS experience in manufacturing or high-risk environments.
Experience leading EHS across multiple sites with people management.
Experience driving improvement programmes and cultural transformation.
Strong leadership across matrix organisations with senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of UK EHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.

Aufgaben

Provide strategic direction and governance for UK manufacturing EHS.
Lead investigations into major incidents and oversee audit programmes.
Drive EHS maturity with site directors and operational leaders.
Collaborate to develop Group-wide EHS standards and programmes.
Utilise analytics to evaluate trends and inform decisions.
Lead and develop Site EHS Managers and regional teams.
