Job summary

DMR Personnel Ltd seeks a qualified Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead safety and compliance strategies across production sites in the UK. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, safety culture, and environmental stewardship for multiple manufacturing sites.

The candidate will bring 5–10 years of multi-site EHS experience, NEBOSH Diploma, and lead auditor credentials to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Environmental Science / OH&S).
• NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent.
• CMIOSH or actively working towards it.
• Lead Auditor Certifications for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance, safety culture, and environmental stewardship across multiple sites.
• Demonstrate 5–10 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Maintain and improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies (e.g., HSE).
• Participate in regional/local safety meetings and committees.
• Collaborate with site leadership to embed objectives into daily operations.
