Sika Schweiz AG UK is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety and Process Safety at Welwyn Garden City and Dunstable. You will act as the trusted point of contact for regulatory compliance and internal stakeholders, supporting site leadership on EHS strategy.

The role reports to the Head of EHS (UK) and offers a path for influencing EHS performance across the Welwyn Garden City and Dunstable sites, with hybrid working options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day EHS management for the Welwyn Garden City site (manufacturing, distribution and office) and support to Dunstable.
• Develop and deliver effective EHS management systems to meet obligations and expectations.
• Liaise with regulators, legislators and external stakeholders on environmental, process safety and health matters.
