Job summary

Sika seeks an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety and process safety performance at Welwyn Garden City and Dunstable. You’ll liaise with regulators, drive EHS programs and report to the Head of EHS UK. A strong leader with NEBOSH qualifications and ISO experience will thrive in a global company.

You will manage day-to-day EHS at Welwyn and provide support to Dunstable distribution, developing systems and engaging a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
• NEBOSH General H&S Certificate (or equivalent) and NEBOSH Diploma (advantage).
• ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 experience and internal auditor qualification.
• Environmental Permitting experience and Environmental Management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Drive EHS performance at Welwyn Garden City and Dunstable sites.
• Act as point of contact for regulators and external stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver effective EHS management systems.
• Lead the site EHS team and provide strategic guidance.
• Champion process safety and occupational health across sites.
