Job summary

Worley is seeking a UK Director of Project Services to lead governance, capability, and performance across the Project Services function. The role covers risk management, planning, and delivery oversight for major projects, with accountability for talent development and cross-unit collaboration.

As a senior leader, you will drive standard tools adoption, support business development, and ensure compliance with laws and Worley policies. A strategic, highly collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive international project delivery experience across energy, chemicals and resources.
• Proven ability to lead and develop large cross-functional teams and departments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience across FEL/EPC/EPCM and various contracting models.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and governance for Worley UK Project Services.
• Drive capability, performance, and teamwork across multiple functions.
• Oversee risk management, planning, and delivery of major projects.
• Engage with key accounts, pursuits, and proposals to secure future work.
• Mentor, develop and retain senior leaders and talent across the region.
