Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Director, UK Digital Operations to lead the UK Highly Regulated infrastructure, including hosting, network, AD, identity management, and service delivery. You will shape a multi-year modernization roadmap, drive cloud adoption, AI-enabled operations and address technical debt while balancing security, compliance and performance across UK sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a STEM field, or relevant industry experience.
Extensive experience in enterprise-grade hosting architecture, specifically Hosting and Networking.
Demonstrated experience leading a technical team in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Own availability, performance and lifecycle of site infrastructure including hosting and network across UK sites.
Develop and execute multi-year infrastructure roadmap including hosting, cloud strategy and modernization.
Lead endpoint lifecycle management and asset inventory/compliance.
Drive AI adoption and automation within operations with guardrails for a regulated environment.
Ensure IT compliance standards (SOX, ISO, NIST etc.) and disaster recovery / business continuity.
Own operating and capital budget, vendor relationships and contract governance.
