Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT operations in complex environments.

• Experience with hybrid-cloud / modern workplace concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day UK IT operations including security, reliability and support.
• Own IT service management across incidents, changes, assets and performance.
• Establish KPIs, reviews and continuous improvement.
• Develop escalation and support models with teams and suppliers.
• Ensure processes are documented and repeatable.
