Job summary

AG Solution, now part of the Quariq Group, seeks a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK market. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and position AG Solution as a trusted partner in digital transformation for industrial clients.

Based near Greater London, you will collaborate with technical experts, pre-sales, and marketing to expand strategic opportunities, engage at C-level, and deliver outcome-based proposals. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling engineering or digital services.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries.
