Job summary

ABP UK is seeking a Genetic Sales Team Manager for Gamechanger Farming to lead and grow the field-based sales team across the UK. The role focuses on signing up dairy farmers to use Gamechanger genetics and building strong supplier relationships within the integrated supply chain.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance of calf suppliers while collaborating with genetic stakeholders to drive growth and market leadership in the UK dairy sector.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong planning and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts and pipeline.
• Proven track record leading a field-based sales team.
• A collaborative team player who can operate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage recruitment and onboarding of calf suppliers.
• Create opportunities for lead generation with genetic companies and supplier base.
• Ensure suppliers meet calf supply goals through account planning.
• Nurture key calf supplier accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct supplier reviews to drive improvements through sire selection.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
