Job summary

Evondos UK is growing, and the Customer Projects Team sits at the heart of that growth — turning new customer wins into live services. As Customer Success Lead, you'll coordinate and enable the UK's Customer Project Managers, keep implementations running smoothly, and shape how Evondos builds its presence in this market.

You will own end-to-end delivery for UK customers, drive quality and timelines, travel about 50% of the time, and coach team members while aligning local work with Evondos’

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a dedicated project management role.
• Clinical background with nursing or care management experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating people.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (around 50%).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Evondos service implementations for UK customers, driving quality, timelines and outcomes.
• Coordinate, support and enable the UK's Customer Project Managers, balancing workload and keeping ways of working consistent across the team.
• Step in as the escalation point for complex customer project issues, keeping delivery on track when it matters most.
• Coach and develop Customer Project Managers, building capability and sharing best practice across the team.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tools and templates, and help align local execution with global Evondos standards.
• Bring service and delivery expertise into UK market entry and sales activity — sales meetings, project planning and customer demonstrations.
