Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Contract Negotiator in the UK for its Digital and Data Solutions group. The role covers drafting, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts and tender submissions under tight deadlines.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support revenue recognition for UK and Ireland, with emphasis on data privacy and procurement requirements.

Qualifications

• Law degree required; procurement/tender knowledge preferred.
• 3 years’ experience with commercial contracts.
• Data Security and Data Privacy experience.
• Experience in public procurement law and/or tender management is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including legal drafting.

Responsibilities

• Structure contracts to ensure compliance and business success.
• Draft, review, and manage terms of sales and lease contracts with Data & Digital Agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate terms of training, proctoring, consulting, grant and other agreements.
• Prepare tender documentation with bid team; negotiate terms where possible.
• Analyze contracts for policy, revenue recognition, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Logistics teams on the sales process.
• Advise Sales leadership on contractual questions.
• Manage contract information to support revenue recognition and audits.
