Job summary

STRABAG UK is recruiting a Site Supervisor to lead construction activities across Lincoln and other UK sites. You will manage on-site operations, supervise subcontractors, and safeguard project safety, quality and environmental requirements.

The role requires coordinating with the Project Manager, ensuring programme delivery, and maintaining excellent liaison with clients and supply chain partners. Travel across the UK is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead on-site construction and installation operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ and safety management on large projects.
• Ability to communicate with clients, design teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-based leadership for construction activities, promoting health & safety and best practice.
• Lead and monitor quality to British Standards and resolve defects quickly.
• Instruct and onboard new employees and subcontractors on STRABAG safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Maintain the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan and related management plans.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly site meetings and ensure records are kept.
• Coordinate sub-contractor method statements and RAMS, and manage lookahead programmes.
